Negotiating and Dispute Resolutions Course in Barcelona

Navigating Tough Dialogue to Secure Results

Negotiation is part of everyday business life. It appears in contracts, procurement discussions, workplace disagreements, commercial partnerships, client conversations, and even day-to-day problem-solving. Yet many negotiations fail not because the parties lack options, but because the process is poorly managed, emotions take over, or people focus on positions rather than real interests.

The Negotiating and Dispute Resolutions training course in Barcelona is designed to help professionals negotiate with greater confidence, structure, and awareness. It moves beyond basic negotiation tips and focuses on the practical behaviours, tools, and strategies that help people reach stronger agreements, manage difficult conversations, and resolve disputes professionally.

Across five engaging days, you will explore negotiation preparation, BATNA, bargaining techniques, cultural and international considerations, body language, mediation, difficult negotiations, ethics, and practical simulations. You will learn how to prepare better, communicate more clearly, respond to pressure, and know when to continue, pause, or walk away.
