Programme fees include instruction and all seminar materials. Where expressly stated in the specific programme brochure, refreshments and transport to and from designated airports may be included.
Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee. Participants are responsible for arranging their hotel accommodation directly with the hotel, not through us. A reduced corporate rate and a limited number of rooms may be available at the hotel venue for participants, subject to availability. Any accommodation arrangements will be governed solely by the hotel’s own terms and conditions.
At the point of registration, the Client (the individual or entity purchasing the service) may pay the fee directly or request an invoice for their sponsoring company. Detailed payment schedules, funding arrangements, and specific credit terms are governed by the individual Invoice or Agreement issued to the Client, which shall take precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

Regent is dedicated to delivering a premium learning experience. Once you register for a programme, we ensure it is conducted on your chosen date to ensure your professional journey is not delayed. We guarantee that all courses will proceed as scheduled, regardless of the number of participants; if no other clients register for your session, the course will still proceed as planned to honor your commitment to your professional development.
Regent does not guarantee any specific outcomes, employment, or professional results from participation in its programmes.
8. Quality Assurance and Complaints
At Regent, we are dedicated to delivering an excellent learning experience. If a participant is dissatisfied with the expertise or delivery of a trainer, they must notify the Regent administrative office within the first 48 hours of the course (or within the first two weeks for long-term programmes exceeding one month). Regent will review the concern and, where appropriate, may consider suitable action at its sole discretion.

In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, Regent reserves the right to reschedule the course, deliver it through an alternative format such as a digital platform, or offer an appropriate credit or refund at its sole discretion.
Regent’s total liability in connection with any programme shall be limited to the amount of fees actually paid by the Client for the affected programme only. Regent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation expenses, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
