Oil and Gas Contracts Course in Paris

Mitigating Energy Risks to Preserve Capital

Oil and gas projects depend on complex contractual arrangements that connect governments, operators, contractors, investors, transporters, suppliers, and buyers. From licensing and concessions to joint operations, pipeline agreements, off-take contracts, and dispute resolution, each agreement plays a critical role in managing risk, defining responsibilities, and protecting commercial value across the industry value chain.

The Oil and Gas Contracts training course in Paris is designed to provide participants with a practical understanding of the major contracts used across upstream, midstream, and commercial oil and gas activities. Throughout the programme, participants will explore petroleum law principles, licensing models, fiscal regimes, joint ventures, logistics agreements, sales contracts, negotiation strategies, and contract risk management.

By the end of the course, you will be able to interpret key contractual structures, understand stakeholder obligations, manage commercial risks, and support stronger contract negotiation and administration in oil and gas projects.
