Strengthening Leadership Confidence, Influence, and Strategic Decision-Making

Women continue to play an increasingly important role in organisational, governmental, and societal decision-making. Effective leadership in these environments requires confidence, strategic judgement, emotional intelligence, communication, resilience, and the ability to influence others while navigating complex institutional and interpersonal dynamics.

The Women's Role in Decision-Making and Leadership course is designed to strengthen the capabilities of women preparing for or already holding leadership responsibilities. Across five days, participants explore leadership identity, decision-making, influence, emotional and social intelligence, creativity, innovation, resilience, and transformational leadership.

The programme combines self-assessment with practical leadership tools, helping participants strengthen their leadership presence, overcome barriers, lead diverse teams, contribute more effectively to strategic decisions, and create positive organisational change.
