Managing Vendor Qualification, Performance & Contract Compliance Course in Kuala Lumpur

Building a Supply Base You Can Rely On

A supplier may look strong during tendering—but can they consistently deliver the required quality, service, cost, and contractual performance? Effective vendor management requires organisations to qualify suppliers carefully, measure what matters, address underperformance early, and maintain contractual accountability throughout the relationship.

The Managing Vendor Qualification, Performance & Contract Compliance training course provides a practical framework for managing vendors from initial qualification through performance evaluation and contract compliance. Across five days, you'll explore procurement strategy, supplier selection criteria, assessment techniques, performance measurement systems, supplier ranking, corrective actions, and remedies for contractual breaches.

The programme helps you move from subjective supplier decisions to a structured, evidence-based approach that strengthens procurement outcomes, reduces supply risk, and creates greater accountability across the supplier base.
