Modern Strategies and Methodologies in Contract Management and Conflict Prevention Course in Kuala Lumpur

Strengthening Contract Performance, Managing Risk, and Preventing Disputes

Effective contract management is essential for protecting commercial interests, maintaining productive business relationships, and ensuring that contractual obligations are delivered as intended. From initial planning and sourcing through negotiation, administration, modification, and close-out, weaknesses in contract management can create significant financial, operational, and legal exposure.

The Modern Strategies and Methodologies in Contract Management and Conflict Prevention training course provides participants with a practical understanding of the complete contract lifecycle. Across five days, participants explore contract structures, sourcing and pricing strategies, scope development, risk allocation, contractual clauses, interpretation principles, negotiation, modifications, termination, claims, and dispute resolution.

The programme places particular emphasis on preventing conflict before it escalates, helping participants develop clearer contracts, allocate risks appropriately, manage contractual relationships proactively, and resolve disagreements through structured negotiation and dispute resolution mechanisms.
