Organisational Development (OD) enables organisations to respond effectively to change while aligning people, culture, structures, and ways of working with strategic priorities. For OD practitioners, this requires more than applying individual tools—it requires the ability to understand organisations as interconnected systems, diagnose complex challenges, and design interventions that support sustainable performance.
The Advanced Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner Programme develops the frameworks, systems-thinking capabilities, and practical techniques required to work effectively with organisational complexity. Across five days, participants explore OD foundations, diagnostic and dialogic approaches, complex-system interventions, organisational culture, change, facilitation, and organisational design.
Through practical exercises, discussions, and case-based applications, participants strengthen their ability to diagnose organisational issues, identify appropriate intervention points, facilitate productive dialogue, influence culture, and select organisational design approaches suited to different contexts. The programme supports OD practitioners in becoming more effective facilitators of organisational change, adaptability, and long-term development.
