Modern facility managers are expected to combine operational expertise with financial awareness, strategic thinking, leadership, sustainability, and project management. Success in the role depends on the ability to connect people, place, process, and organisational priorities while maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable facilities.
The Facility Management Professional (FMP) – Preparation Training Course provides a structured review of the core knowledge areas relevant to facility management practice and FMP exam preparation. Across five days, participants explore finance and business, operations and maintenance, leadership and strategy, project management, technology, sustainability, and practical FM best practices.
