Accounts Payable: From Accounting to Management Course in Istanbul

How Modern AP Improves Cash Flow

Accounts Payable is much more than processing invoices and making payments. When managed effectively, it can strengthen cash flow, protect working capital, improve supplier relationships, reduce fraud exposure, and provide management with valuable financial insight. When processes are poorly controlled, however, payment errors, duplicate invoices, weak reconciliations, and inefficient workflows can quickly create unnecessary cost and risk.

The Accounts Payable training course in Istanbul is a practical five-day programme designed to help finance professionals understand AP from both an accounting and managerial perspective. Participants will strengthen their knowledge of accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, internal controls, payment management, vendor relationships, fraud risks, automation, and AP performance reporting.

The programme goes beyond day-to-day transaction processing. You'll explore how to organise and manage an effective AP function, use technology and data to improve performance, and apply Excel tools to turn accounts payable information into meaningful management insight.
