Project Performance Measurement and Management Course in Barcelona

Measuring Performance, Managing Deviations, and Improving Project Results

Successful project delivery depends on more than completing activities on time. Project managers need reliable ways to measure progress, identify deviations, understand their causes, and take corrective action before performance issues threaten scope, cost, quality, or stakeholder expectations.

The Project Performance Measurement and Management training course provides participants with a practical framework for establishing performance baselines, developing meaningful KPIs, applying Earned Value Management, analysing variances, and forecasting project outcomes. It also explores how risk, change, governance, data visualisation, and continuous improvement influence project performance.

Across five days, participants develop the skills to turn project data into actionable insight, strengthen performance control, support evidence-based decisions, and improve future project outcomes through structured learning and optimisation.
