EPCIC Contract Management in Offshore and Marine Course in Amsterdam

Managing Complex Offshore Contracts with Greater Legal and Commercial Control

Offshore and marine projects combine technical complexity, high capital exposure, international legal requirements, and significant execution risk. In this environment, EPCIC contracts must do more than define scope—they must allocate responsibility clearly, protect commercial interests, and provide workable mechanisms for handling change, delay, payment, liability, and disputes.

The EPCIC Contract Management in Offshore and Marine training course provides a practical framework for understanding, structuring, and managing offshore EPCIC agreements. Across five days, you'll compare EPCIC, EPC, and EPCM delivery models, examine tendering and pricing structures, negotiate key legal terms, allocate contractual risk, and manage close-out and dispute resolution.

The programme is designed to help participants interpret complex contract provisions with greater confidence and connect legal clauses with the commercial realities of offshore project delivery.
